ATS+Partners is seeking a skilled and certified Salesforce Administrator to support a growing portfolio of government, nonprofit, education, and small business technology initiatives. This role will support Salesforce environments tied to operational modernization, constituent engagement, case management, reporting, workflow automation, and business process improvement projects.
We are looking for a mid-level consultant who combines strong Salesforce platform administration experience with the ability to work directly with mission-driven organizations, end users, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate understands how to configure and optimize Salesforce environments in resource-conscious environments such as public sector agencies, nonprofits, and small businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys balancing technical configuration work with user support, process improvement, and client collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce environments for government, nonprofit, and small business clients
Configure and manage:
User accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
Custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules
Flows, workflows, process automation, and approval processes
Dashboards, reports, and analytics
Data imports, exports, cleansing, and maintenance
Support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and migration projects
Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and platform training
Assist with documentation, testing, and deployment activities
Support integrations with third-party systems and applications when needed
Maintain data quality, security, and governance best practices
Recommend process improvements and platform optimization opportunities
Participate in client meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Active Salesforce Administrator Certification required
3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience
Experience supporting Salesforce implementations for:
Government agencies
Nonprofit organizations
Small businesses
Education or mission-driven organizations preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and administration best practices
Experience with:
Salesforce Lightning Experience
Flow Builder and workflow automation
Report and dashboard creation
Data Loader and data management tools
User security and permission structures
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
Experience supporting public sector or grant-funded organizations
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications
Experience with:
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Marketing Cloud (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of CRM data governance and compliance best practices
Prior consulting or client-facing experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Agile or project-based implementation environments
