Job Description
We are seeking motivated sales representatives to generate new business in our niche: legal, technical, and intellectual property translation/language consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire qualified new clients in law, tech, or IP industries
• Focus on building long-term client relationships and gain market insights from said relationships
• Coordinate with our management team to ensure smooth onboarding and share market insights
• Maintain professionalism when representing our brand
Commission Structure
• 1-year quota: $400,000 revenue
• Base commission: 10%
• 100% quota: 12%
• 150% quota: 15%
• Optional $2,000/month 90-day recoverable draw
• $5,000 bonus for 1 million words closed, per client
• Commission paid on closed deals
• Payments issued within 7 days of client payment
