Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and business development, with a focus on B2B sales. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to manage accounts effectively, and a passion for new product marketing/sales. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demos, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Requirements
• Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in B2B environments in the Paper or Pulp Industry experience.
• Strong understanding of account management principles and territory sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
• Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
• Ability to conduct product demos confidently and persuasively.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
