About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Manager to support our sales team, drive operational efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize sales processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales strategies.

Maintain and improve CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
-
Support sales enablement initiatives, including training, content development, and process improvements.
-
Implement and manage sales tools, automation, enrichment, playbooks, and dashboards to improve efficiency.

Support territory assignment processes and management
-
Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to optimize sales performance, commercial operations, and point of sale deal desk processing.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SaaS or technology industry.

Experience with commercial approvals or sales territory assignment

Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
