Sales Manager (Telemarketing & Email Campaigns)
Location: Full-Time | Remote
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage a remote sales group focused on telemarketing and email outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing sales operations using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a remote sales team
- Oversee telemarketing and email sales campaigns
- Track leads, pipelines, and performance using HubSpot CRM
- Develop and improve sales processes and scripts
- Monitor KPIs and ensure sales targets are met
- Train, motivate, and support sales team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, telemarketing, and email sales
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, full-time role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
