Job Description:
• Guide strategic, digital transformation pursuits across your assigned accounts or region.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas.
• Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite.
• Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions.
• Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities.
• Focus on long-term value creation, not transactional sales — your success is measured by client success.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel 40% of the time.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
• 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software).
• Experience selling to large companies in either the life sciences or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
• Experience selling digital solutions like AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization.
• Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
• Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms.
• Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, supply chain, business or other technical degrees or similar.
