SALES EXECUTIVE — CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
IPA is expanding — and we’re looking for a high-impact sales professional ready to take ownership of a territory, navigate complex enterprise sales, and build relationships that drive lasting revenue.
If you thrive in long-cycle, high-stakes environments and know how to turn strategy into results, this is your stage.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Uncapped Earnings: Your performance defines your income. Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission!!
Established Territory: State or Multi-state footprint with real opportunity
Sales Cycle: Strategic, enterprise-level (12–18 months)
Industry: Healthcare / Capital Equipment
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• This is not transactional selling — it’s influence, strategy, and precision.
• You’ll drive revenue by building trusted partnerships across hospital systems, engaging stakeholders from frontline users to executive leadership. You’ll lead complex buying processes, align competing priorities, and structure deals involving capital budgets and financing.
• Every win is earned through insight, credibility, and persistence.
WHO YOU ARE
• A proven closer. You’ve consistently hit or exceeded quota in a commission-driven environment — and you have the numbers to prove it.
• Methodical in your approach. You’ve been trained in a recognized sales methodology (Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman, etc.) and actively apply it.
• A relationship builder. You create access, earn trust, and build pipelines through meaningful connections — not just activity metrics.
• Relentlessly persistent. You know how to maintain momentum across long sales cycles without sacrificing relationships or integrity.
• Focused and disciplined. You prioritize what moves revenue, protect your time, and execute with intention.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience with verifiable quota attainment
• Formal sales methodology training
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (12–18 months)
• Ability to effectively manage a large, state or multi-state territory
