About the Company

A YC Company, they are a global financial operating system built for companies that move money across borders. They offer corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management software in a single platform, operating across 20+ countries and serving over 5,000 clients, from venture-backed startups to established SMBs. Revenue has nearly tripled in under a year, and they're currently preparing for a new funding round. Argentina is their newest and most active market focus.

The Role

They're building out their Argentina sales team from scratch, and this is one of the first Account Executive hires on the ground. You'll work directly with the Sales Lead for Latam and the country managers for Mexico and Colombia; no layers, no bureaucracy.

You'll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting mid-to-large businesses and later-stage startups to closing and growing accounts over time.

This is a hunting role. The market is new, the territory is yours, and the variable is uncapped.

The variable isn't capped because the opportunity isn't either.

Compensation

Competitive USD base salary with uncapped variable. Accelerators apply for closes in Argentina. The structure rewards performance directly: top performers in comparable markets have seen total compensation well above base.

This is a full-time remote position based in Argentina.
