Sales Development Representative (SDR) – High Ticket | Remote | Performance-Based

Overview: Integrated Wealth Systems is building a high-performance sales organization focused on helping clients implement advanced wealth strategies. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical driver of our revenue engine. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-quality prospects for consultations with our senior team. This is not a closing role. Your success is measured by your ability to generate qualified, high-intent appointments that convert into revenue. What You’ll Do: • Contact and engage inbound leads quickly and professionally • Qualify prospects based on: Income, business profile, urgency, readiness to move forward • Schedule high-quality appointments for senior consultants (closers) • Confirm appointments and ensure strong attendance (show rates matter) • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes What You Won’t Do: • You will NOT be responsible for closing deals • You will NOT pitch or negotiate offers Compensation: • $100 per qualified appointment set • 2% commission on closed revenue (after maintaining a 50%+ show rate) Performance Standards: We operate a quality-first environment.
