Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and other business networks across Asia.
- Generate and qualify leads through various online channels and professional directories.
- Conduct outreach via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls to introduce the company and engage prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate online meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, logging communication history and lead details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Track performance and suggest ways to enhance conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or SDR roles.
- Proven experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; familiarity with Chinese or other Asian languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and outreach communication abilities.
- Goal-driven, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Open to feedback and committed to career growth in sales or business development.
