Responsibilities
• Close qualified leads provided by our team (no cold prospecting required initially)
• Conduct discovery and sales calls via Zoom or phone
• Clearly explain AI automation solutions and ROI to business owners
• Follow up with warm leads and handle objections professionally
• Maintain accurate notes and deal stages in the CRM
• Hit monthly closing targets consistently

Requirements
• Proven experience in closing high-ticket or B2B services (AI, SaaS, real estate, or marketing preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable
• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
