Role: Account Executive – AI Powered Growth Platform
Location Remote (PST hours)
Type Full Time
What You Will Do
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Run thoughtful discovery and align on concrete business outcomes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (including leadership and marketing) to run demos and showcase capabilities.
• Educate prospects and customers on how the platform fits into and accelerates their overall growth strategy.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets.
• Help kickstart and refine a warm outbound motion.
Must Have
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Bonus if you also have agency or services sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, or other GTM leaders.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude that comes through with customers and internally.
• Both hunter and farmer mentality.
• Very high ownership and autonomy – you figure things out and move deals forward without a lot of hand holding.
Nice to Have
• Experience in a startup or hyper growth environment.
• Experience in a high velocity sales environment with deal cycles around 30 days.
• AI forward mindset – you may not know every AI tool, but you actively use AI in your day to day work to be more productive.
