Description:
• Repair deep wheel damage on vehicle wheels and rims.
• Operate a wheel repair machine as part of the repair process.
• Paint and clear-coat repaired wheels.
• Work in Carvana’s inspection and vehicle reconditioning centers to help prepare cars for sale.
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
• Work mandatory overtime when needed based on business demand.
• Support an efficient production environment that meets customer delivery timelines.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to work in exposure to weather conditions such as heat and cold.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
