Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives, and providing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Provide expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping products, including pricing and product information.
• Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment.
• Manage the production queue and output, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer orders.
• Manage retail supply, including inventory management and restocking of materials.
• Complete assigned tasks based on priority, including financial transactions, customer service, and administrative duties.
• Assist in the training of store team members and follow instructions from supervisors.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least 6 months of specialized experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods.
• The ability to move and lift 55 pounds.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members.
• The ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction.
• The ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
• The ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision.
• The ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours.
