Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
- Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Availability to work 1st shift (10am-7pm) Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday shifts

- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
