About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our members' drug plans. You will be responsible for making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members better understand their services and options. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, ensuring that their questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Make phone calls to members to discuss their drug plans, answer questions, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide support to members.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to members.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:
- 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military).
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner.
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism.
