About the Role
We're seeking an energetic, upbeat, and professional Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a key contributor to our customer-facing operations, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. Your primary focus will be on providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously.
- Track orders promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless order management.
- Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities presented in order calls or email requests, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, within proscribed company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty.
- Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A dedicated office/space that includes a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
- Availability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
- At least 6 months of experience working remotely.
- At least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media.
- 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system.
- Strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills.
- Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more.
- Ability to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Bi-lingual is a plus!
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- A high school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- A customer-first mindset, measured through customer experience feedback.
