Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing programs aimed at customer retention and satisfaction, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies
- Manage communications to clients, including company updates, product announcements, and targeted marketing campaigns to support upsell and growth initiatives
- Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to engage key enterprise customers, leveraging account-based marketing strategies
