About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As the face of our customer, you'll be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. You'll be the professional in the airport who crafts meaningful connections and encourages an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance and Uniform Requirements: Able to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
