About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital channels
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions and recommendations to customers, ensuring their needs are met
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and prioritize tasks

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
