Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle operations and improve financial performance.
Lead and manage a team of revenue cycle professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Collaborate with various departments, including finance, billing, and coding, to ensure efficient and effective revenue cycle management.
Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on revenue cycle performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as insurance companies and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to revenue cycle management.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline revenue cycle workflows.
Train and educate staff on revenue cycle processes and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue cycle data.
Develop and maintain a budget for revenue cycle operations.
