Overview
Austin Brothers Fence Company - an established, locally owned and operated residential fence contractor - is seeking a motivated, experienced professional to join our team as a Fence Sales & Project Manager. This position involves remote office work and regular field work, and will require an independently motivated work ethic and a commitment to high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with inbound leads, conduct consultations, and drive fence sales.
• Provide detailed estimates and close sales based on customer needs.
• Schedule jobs and assign work orders to installers.
• Calculate and order materials from local suppliers.
• Manage installation crews from project start to final inspection.
• Ensure projects meet our 5-star quality standards and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain professional, “white glove” client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of construction sales or project management experience.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Personal vehicle (truck preferred).
• Must have visited our website to become familiar with our company before applying. There will be a quiz.
• We will only hire applicants we believe are capable of making $100,000+ in their first full year and are interested in a long-term working relationship.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ($2,000/mo) plus performance-based commission.
• Company-provided computer and office equipment.

• Full benefits (health, dental, etc.) after a 3-month trial period.
Pay: $24,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
