Job Description:
• Apply statutory and regulatory requirements to real world claims scenarios
• Conduct targeted legal and regulatory research
• Support regulatory compliance efforts
• Review estate related documents to support claims determinations
• Assist with Market Conduct exams and regulatory inquiries
• Develop training materials and reference tools
• Analyze data to identify trends and support performance improvement recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in legal research, regulatory compliance, insurance operations, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
