JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Management and Organization Department in the Smeal College of Business is seeking a candidate to serve as a Teaching Assistant for the 2023 Fall Semester.
Job Duties
Assist with grading assignments including entering scores and feedback into a rubric based on the assignment criteria as well as providing more substantive topic-focused recommendations on areas for improvement
Perform technical and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., uploading materials to the course Canvas platform, compiling peer feedback into reports)
Additional teaching-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Graduate degree in a related topic area completed or in progress
Must be available to work on the weekend
