The role involves driving revenue growth by developing and expanding broker relationships and managing a defined territory and portfolio of accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of broker relationships
- Prospect, recruit, and onboard new broker partners
- Provide consultative guidance on loan structuring and scenarios
- Manage pipeline to drive consistent applications, approvals, and closings
- Deliver training on products, guidelines, and systems
- Communicate program updates and pricing changes
- Analyze account performance and execute growth strategies
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues
- Utilize CLEAR and LOS systems to track activity
- Travel within territory to support relationship development
- Meet or exceed sales and production goals
Skills
- 3 to 7+ years of wholesale mortgage or TPO experience
- Proven track record of achieving production goals
- Strong mortgage product and guideline knowledge
- Advanced CRM and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline independently
- Established broker network preferred
