As we head into our busiest season, we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Weekend Operations Support Intern to join our remote team and ensure our weekend customer care is seamless.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, customer-oriented intern to manage our reservation support inbox and handle urgent weekend guest inquiries. You will act as the first line of weekend contact, responding to time-sensitive customer requests on Saturdays and Sundays, while organizing and queuing complex tasks for our weekday team.
This is a remote position open to anyone across the U.S. Please note that this is a seasonal internship that will run through the peak travel season and taper off into the winter.
This job is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
• Weekend Inbox and Phone Call Management: Monitor and respond to urgent customer support emails and phone calls on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Real-time Guest Support: Assist guests who are trying to locate their tour meeting points, managing last-minute travel updates, or experiencing immediate booking issues.
• Queue Management: Address immediate weekend concerns efficiently, while filtering and deferring complex or long-term inquiries (e.g., private tour bookings far in advance) to the weekday queue for our lead staff.
• Team Collaboration: Report directly to the Operations management team and coordinate logs smoothly with the weekday reservation staff.
Qualifications:
• Must be located in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High level of reliability, responsibility, and an eye for detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Background or interest in hospitality, customer service, or tourism is a major plus.
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
Schedule:
• Saturdays and Sundays (Hours corresponding to peak tour operational windows).
Pay: From $50.00 per day
