- Firsthand experience leading retail organizations
- Ability to understand the challenges retailers face
- Ability to speak the language of operations, stores, and execution
- Ability to build trusted relationships with decision-makers
- Ability to help organizations identify opportunities where AI can create measurable impact
- Ability to provide valuable feedback that helps shape the product roadmap
- Experience as a Retail Director, Operations Leader, Regional and District Manager, HR and Learning & Development Leader, Visual Merchandising Executive, Customer Experience Leader, Retail Excellence Professional, or Retail Consultant and Advisor
- Years of experience building successful retail teams and organizations
