Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth blueprints to expand platform adoption and ecosystem scale
- Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders, developers, and institutional infrastructure partners
- Oversee data-driven positioning and ecosystem initiatives to boost developer and user retention
- Provide high-level strategic advisory on marketing funnels and go-to-market execution
- Represent the organization at major industry events and high-level enterprise forums
Skills
- Proven track record as a growth executive (VP, Head, or Director) in high-growth B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or network infrastructure
- Strong existing network within global developer communities and open-source ecosystems
- Deep understanding of developer relations, community-led growth, and technical product positioning
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to drive high impact in a highly autonomous, decentralized, and flexible remote environment
