As we continue expanding our online presence, we are seeking a dependable, creative, and proactive Video Editor & Marketing Assistant to support our content creation and marketing initiatives.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Remote Video Editor & Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and contributing ideas. The right candidate will have the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the growth of the firm and work directly with leadership on marketing initiatives and content strategy.

Responsibilities
• Edit both long-form and short-form video content
• Create content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Develop engaging clips, highlights, and promotional videos from longer recordings
• Assist with content planning, organization, and distribution
• Organize and manage digital media files and assets
• Collaborate with leadership to improve content quality, engagement, and workflow efficiency
• Help maintain a consistent brand image across platforms
Required Qualifications
• Experience editing video content
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Computer capable of efficiently handling video editing workloads
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Understanding of audience retention strategies and video performance metrics
• Experience using hooks, attention-grabbing introductions, and engagement-focused editing techniques
• Marketing or social media experience
• Experience working with accounting, tax, bookkeeping, financial, or other professional services firms
• Basic graphic design experience
• Availability to work at least partially during Pacific Time business hours
