[Remote] Vice President of Sales- Healthcare Information Technology

They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to own and operate the Healthcare Information Technology niche, focusing on generating sales leads and cultivating client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Healthcare Information Technology niche on a national scale
• Work with fellow niche leaders to design strategies and unique ways to drive HIT business
• Determine client targets
• Generate sales leads
• Lead the effort to cultivate those targets into clients
• Work closely with talented recruiters and Recruiting Managers to identify qualified HIT candidates
• Utilize knowledge and passion for HIT and of EHR, EMR, and Informatics
• Build client pipelines and establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers
• Build out this practice to running a team and growing it to be a major revenue stream of MMI

Skills

• Must have experience with EPIC EMR to be considered
• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year University
• 3-5 years of business development or recruiting experience specializing in HIT, EMR, and Informatics in a staffing or healthcare environment
• Basic technical skills (including MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Superior communication and negotiation skills
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to maintain focus and multi-task
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge and/or experience with Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, are nice to have but not mandatory
