Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atlas Invest is building the AI-native infrastructure for real estate credit. They are seeking a VP of Sales to lead their Deal Flow organization, focusing on expanding relationships with brokers and partners while developing the sales team and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of originators
- Own Deal Flow strategy and performance, including qualified pipeline, funded volume, revenue, conversion, and forecasting
- Personally lead key broker, borrower, and strategic partner relationships
- Serve as a senior commercial leader across Atlas, helping align the Deal Flow, Marketing, and Investor Sales functions around shared goals, data, processes, and technology
- Work closely with the VP of Marketing to build a data-driven lead generation and conversion engine
- Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, CRM, reporting, and accountability across the sales organization
Skills
- Significant experience leading and scaling successful SMB, high-velocity, or relationship-driven sales teams
- A proven track record as both a top-performing salesperson and a hands-on player-coach
- Strong recruiting, coaching, and performance management skills
- Highly analytical and KPI-oriented, with deep experience in forecasting, pipeline management, CRM, and sales processes
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and modern sales technology
- High level of ownership, urgency, resilience, and attention to detail
- Experience in real estate lending, mortgage origination, private credit, or a closely related financial-services environment
