Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Growth to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth strategies. This role involves overseeing performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and creative strategy while collaborating with various teams to drive profitable growth across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall growth strategy and channel P&L across DTC, Amazon, paid media, and emerging acquisition channels
- Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms, with accountability for blended CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, and revenue growth
- Develop and optimize the marketing mix, dynamically allocating spend across channels to maximize efficiency and long-term profitability
- Build and lead a high-performing creative strategy function, partnering with Brand, internal teams, agencies, creators, and influencers to produce high-converting, channel-specific content
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy, including email, SMS, subscription, and retention initiatives designed to maximize customer lifetime value
- Establish a strong testing and measurement framework through analytics, attribution, incrementality testing, and data-driven decision making
- Partner closely with Finance to evaluate marketing investments, forecast performance, and optimize return on growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales and Retail teams to support omnichannel expansion and ensure marketing efforts align with broader commercial objectives
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Growth team while fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and customer acquisition channels to identify new growth opportunities
Skills
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Ecommerce leadership
- Proven success leading customer acquisition and scaling revenue for consumer, CPG, ecommerce, or digitally native brands
- Deep expertise managing paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and other digital acquisition platforms
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, CRM, subscription businesses, and customer retention strategies
- Experience owning significant marketing budgets and channel P&Ls with measurable business impact
- Demonstrated success building experimentation frameworks using analytics, attribution, A/B testing, and incrementality measurement
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies
- Strong creative instincts and experience partnering with creative teams to develop high-performing marketing assets
- Proven leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with a bias toward action and execution
- Experience supporting an omnichannel business that spans DTC, Amazon, and retail
- Background in CPG, consumer products, premium brands, wellness, lifestyle, or high-growth ecommerce businesses
- Experience with retail media networks, affiliate marketing, Connected TV (CTV), or emerging acquisition channels
- Experience in subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and advanced attribution methodologies
- Experience building influencer, creator, and user-generated content (UGC) programs
- Strong cross-functional partnership experience with Finance, Sales, Retail, Product, and Brand teams
