ES Healthcare Centre is seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Global Sales to lead their worldwide sales organization and accelerate sustainable revenue growth across domestic and international markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies, expanding market presence, and building high-performing sales organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with the company's long-term business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing regional and global sales teams across multiple markets
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic account development, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Establish sales objectives, performance metrics, and forecasting processes to ensure consistent business performance
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align go-to-market strategies and commercial priorities
- Identify emerging market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends
- Strengthen executive-level relationships with strategic customers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness
- Monitor sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to enhance results
- Lead annual sales planning, territory strategy, resource allocation, and organizational development
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the global sales organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including executive responsibility for multi-regional or global sales organizations
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and global go-to-market execution
- Demonstrated experience leading distributed teams in complex, fast-paced business environments
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach to sales management
- Experience using CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, forecasting systems, and pipeline management solutions
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence
- Experience leading global sales organizations within SaaS, technology, enterprise software, professional services, or other high-growth industries
- Background in international market expansion and multi-region commercial operations
- Experience developing scalable sales methodologies and sales enablement programs
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to support long-term business strategy and organizational growth
