[Remote] Veeva Safety Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TekCommands is looking for highly skilled Veeva Safety Specialists to support the implementation and maintenance of Veeva safety software. The role involves managing Veeva's Safety software, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance for various safety processes in life sciences companies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Veeva Vault Safety (Account management, workflow, issue resolution, transmission records, regulatory submission of each case)
• Knowledge of General Release
• Hands-on in SDLC update, RIA, Safety and Platform features understanding
• Monitor system performance and manage support tickets for issue resolution and enhancements
• Support change control, deviation, CAPA, and audit workflows in Veeva RIM
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions and troubleshooting
• Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals or SOPs

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Veeva Safety
• Experience in implementation, administration, and maintenance of Veeva safety
• Managing Veeva's Safety software
• Resolving issues in the software
• Health authority interactions
• Archiving on a single cloud platform (Veeva Vault)
• GxP, system admin, or consulting skills in safety processes for life sciences companies
• Configuration, support, and ensuring compliance for processes like managing changes, periodic review, user access review, CAPA, deviation
• Administer and configure Veeva Vault Safety (Account management, workflow, issue resolution, transmission records, regulatory submission of each case)
• Knowledge of General Release
• Hands-on in SDLC update, RIA, Safety and Platform features understanding
• Monitor system performance and manage support tickets for issue resolution and enhancements
