Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal team members to ensure efficient case management
- Request, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation
- Draft correspondence and legal support documents
- Support lien tracking and documentation processes
- Assist with case file management and document organization
- Follow up with clients, providers, insurance companies, and other parties as needed
- Provide administrative and legal support for pre litigation personal injury cases
Skills
- Proficiency with email, calendars, and standard office technology
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned work
- Personal injury legal support experience
- Attention to detail
- Experience using Filevine or similar legal case management software
