Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacific Life is a leading insurance company seeking a talented UX Designer to join their UX team within the marketing department. The role involves supporting the design and optimization of digital marketing experiences for life insurance and annuity products, collaborating across various UX disciplines to create user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for marketing webpages, campaigns, and digital tools
- Apply design system standards to our component library and contribute to consistent, scalable user experiences
- Structure and organize content to improve usability, clarity, and discoverability for B2B audiences
- Conduct user research activities such as stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with marketing strategy, analytics, compliance, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Support campaign and product launch efforts by aligning UX deliverables to business goals and timelines
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance and approval requirements across web properties
Skills
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a user experience role such as content design, content strategy, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience creating content for digital products
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences across all levels of the organization
- Experience supporting or conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Familiarity with research and analytics tools
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally within financial services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, etc
