KGDR Consultants Inc. is seeking an reputed company Project Manager with a background in utility development to reputed company the planning, execution, and delivery of transmission, distribution, and substation projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery while coordinating with various teams to ensure compliance with utility standards and successful project completion. Responsibilities • Manage end to end project delivery across utility development projects including transmission, distribution, substation, renewable energy, and grid modernization • reputed company project planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management • Coordinate with engineering, construction, permitting, environmental, real estate, and field teams to ensure reputed company project milestones are met • Review design packages, construction drawings, outage plans, and technical submittals • Track project reputed company through schedules, cost reports, and status dashboards • reputed company contractor performance, change orders, invoices, and procurement of materials • Facilitate project meetings and communication between internal teams, clients, and external agencies • Ensure compliance with utility standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines • Identify risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed • Support forecasting, reporting, and project closeout documentation Skills • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or reputed company field • 10+ years of project management experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure • Strong understanding of utility design, construction reputed company, and permitting processes • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment • PMP certification is preferred but not required • Experience coordinating outages or working with transmission and distribution systems is a plus • Familiarity with utility standards and processes such as QAQC, commissioning, and energization • Strong problem solving ability, attention to detail, and financial acumen Company Overview • KGDR Consultants Inc.
