WeAreAspire is supporting an independent, member-based cybersecurity and risk management organization that collaborates with senior security leaders and C-suite executives across global enterprises. They are seeking a US Marketing Manager to build brand awareness and drive qualified pipeline in the US market, focusing on B2B campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the US marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement and qualified pipeline
- Develop targeted B2B campaigns aimed at enterprise, C-suite and senior cybersecurity decision-makers
- Work closely with the US sales team to support pipeline generation, account engagement and sales enablement
- Identify and develop strategic US partnerships to increase market credibility and reach
- Own campaign planning, channel strategy, performance reporting and optimisation
- Collaborate with international marketing teams across brand, content, digital, events and communications
- Use CRM, CMS and analytics tools to track performance, measure pipeline impact and inform decision-making
- Act as a key marketing lead for the US market, bringing insight, structure and commercial focus to a growing region
Skills
- 5+ years' B2B marketing experience, ideally within cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, professional services or a similar enterprise-focused environment
- Proven experience managing campaigns and channel strategy with a clear focus on pipeline generation, not just vanity metrics
- Strong sales enablement experience, with evidence of working closely and effectively with sales teams
- Experience marketing to enterprise, C-suite or senior decision-maker audiences
- Existing credibility, network or experience that can support strategic US partnerships
- Comfortable working remotely, autonomously and across international time zones
- A proactive self-starter who is confident building structure, identifying opportunities and taking ownership of a market
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI or similar would be advantageous
