Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and re-underwrites policies to assess quality of Under Writer decisions on accounts and to execute initiatives on specific segments of the book of business
Skills
- 5+ years of direct carrier individual life underwriting experience
- Strong performance ratings
- Excellent risk assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, guidelines, philosophy, and procedures
- Familiarity and experience using the Swiss Re underwriting manual
- Experience using the MRAS underwriting rules and workbench
