They are seeking a Technical Recruiter who will source and close technical talent, own the full recruitment cycle, and build processes to enhance candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Calibrate roles directly with founders and hiring managers before you touch a single profile
- Source and close hard technical talent. The people we want aren't applying, so you go get them
- Own the full cycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, offer, close
- Build what doesn't exist yet: process, candidate experience, the story we tell top people
Skills
- 5+ years in technical recruiting, with real in-house experience at a venture-backed startup
- You've owned reqs and built where there was no playbook
- Proof you can source and close, not just run processes. Passive people you pulled in, offers you won against competition
- A natural storyteller who likes turning someone who wasn't looking into someone who's interviewing
- A point of view on who's actually good, not who matches the req
- Someone candidates trust and founders lean on
- You lead with urgency and you know your craft cold
- Clients trust you fast because you've done this enough to walk in calm, read a role quickly, and go find the person
- Sourcing is the job. Nobody's pretending it's the fun part. But you respect it, you're good at it, and you'd rather hunt than wait on inbound
- You believe in yourself, and it shows without you having to say it
