Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alchemy Technology Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to work with technical project team members and the PMO on managing both internal and external project initiatives. The role involves ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of services according to client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and implementation of Alchemy Tech Group services and/or product solutions for new client contracts
- Coordinate all client contract-related work effort required to ensure successful implementation within the required time frame
- Serve as primary point of contact during implementation and maintain position as trusted advisor to client throughout contract lifecycle
- Conduct business analysis on assigned projects, including gathering client requirements and defining functional requirements to fulfill contract obligations
- Develop and manage well-structured project plans and Statements of Work, as well as manage project risk, issues, scope, timelines and budget
- Maintain project plan and various project documents; update documents regularly and communicate updates to the client and internal parties
- Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources as needed to meet the needs of the client
- Effectively communicate with the client and internal team members related to project timelines, milestones, and issues; and set expectations across all stakeholders
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with the client and internal departments; exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
- Document processes and procedures pertaining to client implementation
- Coordinate and facilitate change management, communication and deployment plans
- Coordinate and facilitate communications to the internal and/or external (client-facing) project team(s) and user community
- Perform various duties related to a readiness assessment for internal and/or external (client-facing) project activities which impact the user community
- Participate in team meetings and discussions
- Assist in pre-sales activities including support of customer-facing scoping calls and Statement of Work (SOW) development and Quality Assurance (QA)
Skills
- MUST HAVE VAR (Value Added Reselling)
- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience in project and customer management
- Proven history in successfully managing multiple projects using formal project management methodology
- Strong analytical skills
- Consistent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written) at all levels (staff, executive suite and external clients)
- Products: Microsoft Office, MS Project, Excel
- Strong background in technology
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
