Position Overview:
We're seeking a talented and energetic Remote Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring technical systems using a predefined playbook for remote camera surveillance
- Performing routine health checks of systems and reporting findings based on a provided checklist
- Managing and responding to technical issues as they arise, ensuring systems remain operational
- Documenting and reporting any discrepancies or issues identified during monitoring
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of technical systems and operations
- Previous experience in a technical role is preferred but not required
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable internet and power to ensure consistent system monitoring
- Willingness to work night shifts and cover the required hours with the other team member
