Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates using various platforms and techniques
Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process
Develop job descriptions and post job openings
Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future openings
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
Manage candidate communication and maintain positive candidate experiences
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements
