Position Overview
The Student Success Coach role at careerzynith is a dynamic, full‑time, remote position that blends the art of customer service with the science of academic advising. You will serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled students, providing guidance, motivation, and resources throughout their degree journey. Your day‑to‑day activities will include proactive outreach, problem‑solving, and collaborative coordination with internal departments—all aimed at boosting enrollment, retention, and overall student satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
- Student Outreach & Coaching: Conduct regular phone and digital communications with assigned students, offering personalized encouragement, goal‑setting assistance, and progress tracking.
- Enrollment & Retention Support: Drive student persistence by identifying at‑risk learners, intervening early, and connecting them with appropriate academic and support services.
- Resource Navigation: Teach students how to leverage careerzynith’s learning platforms, tutoring centers, library services, and career tools to maximize their academic outcomes.
- Resume & Career Development: Become a certified resume reviewer, delivering constructive feedback and career‑building advice that prepares students for post‑graduation success.
- Liaison Functions: Act as a bridge between students and internal departments such as admissions, financial aid, technical support, and faculty, ensuring seamless communication.
- Data Management: Accurately document interactions, update student records in the CRM, and generate reports that inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on careerzynith’s academic policies, program offerings, and emerging educational technologies to provide up‑to‑date guidance.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or international equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in academic support, admissions counseling, customer service, human resources, or related fields.
- Demonstrated knowledge of higher‑education policies, enrollment cycles, and student lifecycle management.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active‑listening skills, with a warm, professional phone presence.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technical tools and platforms.
- Detail‑oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in documentation and follow‑up actions.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
