Responsibilities
• Edit high-quality long-form YouTube videos and short-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
• Transform raw footage into engaging stories with sharp pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects
• Collaborate with content strategists, producers, and social media managers to align editing with content goals and platform trends
• Maintain and elevate visual storytelling that reflects the brand’s voice and tone
• Repurpose webinar/podcast/event recordings into snackable clips for wider reach
• Implement SEO and thumbnail best practices for YouTube videos
• Stay updated with platform-specific trends, editing styles, and algorithm changes
Skills
