The Sr. UI/UX Designer will participate in the design, development, and implementation of architectural deliverables for custom projects and products, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching conceiving sketching prototyping and user testing experiences for digital products
- Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new functions and features
- Take a user centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Contribute towards Product Design, from concept through development with the use of Information Architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys
Skills
- Experience: 3-6 yrs
- Qualification: Master / Bachelor Degree
- Strong UI / UX design experience on mobile platforms
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq Framer, Photoshop and the like is a must
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive design
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
- Work experience in designing UI for mobile, web and desktop-based applications
- Understanding and experience with responsive and multi-device design
- Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
- Independent thinker
- Fluency in oral and written English is required
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
- Basic HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript skills are preferable
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery a plus
- Expertise in Creating Pixel Perfect HTML/ CSS/Theme a plus

- Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].
