[Remote] Sr. .NET/React Full-Stack Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nesco Resource is seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET/React Developer to support and enhance enterprise applications within a large, established codebase. This role requires strong hands-on development skills across both backend and frontend technologies, ownership of defects and enhancements, and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex application issues. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET and React • Implement new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions across existing enterprise applications • Develop and maintain backend services using .NET, Entity Framework Core, and PostgreSQL • Build and enhance frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including authentication, session management, API integrations, and application performance concerns • Work with third-party REST APIs and identity providers to support secure application integrations • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Contribute to deployment automation and CI/CD pipeline improvements • Support applications locally end-to-end and independently manage development environments Skills • Strong proficiency with C# and .NET development • Experience with Entity Framework Core • Strong proficiency with React and JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience with state and data management tools such as Zustand and/or TanStack Query • Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience involving authentication, session management, and APIs • Experience using Git-based version control platforms such as GitLab, GitHub, or Azure DevOps • Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Ability to independently run and support applications locally • Experience debugging production issues and analyzing application logs • Experience working within large, established codebases • Experience implementing complex business logic, validation frameworks, and algorithms • Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs • Experience with Okta or comparable identity providers • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms Benefits • MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services Company Overview • Nesco Resource s an Staffing and Recruiting firm.
