Mondo is seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences across connected fitness products and digital platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with product design teams to define content strategy and improve user experiences through effective messaging.
Responsibilities
- Design, write, edit, and test in-product content across web and mobile experiences
- Create clear, user-focused messaging that supports seamless customer journeys
- Own content design projects from discovery through delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Data Science, Legal, and Localization teams
- Build content frameworks and help define content strategy for new product experiences
- Create high-fidelity content mocks in Figma using existing design systems
- Contribute to content standards, design systems, and style guidelines
- Present design concepts, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and iterate on solutions
- Support both consumer-facing experiences and internal operational tooling
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Content Strategist in software products
- Experience at consumer-facing technology companies
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
- B2B product experience
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies with consumer-facing digital products
- Experience creating content strategies across multiple platforms and user touchpoints
- Strong understanding of UX principles and content design best practices
- Ability to create frameworks, brainstorm concepts, and solve complex UX problems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams
- Proficiency with Figma, Claude, and Slack
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and design processes
- Self-motivated, organized, collaborative, and proactive
- Available to work 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM EST
- Experience designing connected device or fitness experiences
- Experience designing B2B operational tools
- Experience working across web, mobile, TV, and other digital platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise software or commercial technology products
