LONGi Energy Storage is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join their team specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role involves designing and delivering tailored technical solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components
- Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations
- Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases
- Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin both written and spoken, is required to effectively communicate with international teams, customers, and stakeholders
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field
- Strong understanding of battery storage systems, power conversion systems, grid integration, and energy management systems
- Familiarity with system simulation and design tools
