Position Overview
We’re looking for a Remote Solar Account Executive (Closer) who can connect, communicate, and close. You’ll receive qualified leads and live call transfers from interested homeowners — no cold calling required. Your role is to build rapport quickly, present the benefits of our bill-swap solar program, and guide customers through a simple enrollment process.
Responsibilities
• Take live transferred calls and virtual appointments with qualified homeowners
• Clearly explain how our solar energy program works (simple bill swap, no purchase)
• Build trust and relationships through consultative selling
• Confidently handle objections and close deals
• Maintain notes and follow-ups in CRM
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and training
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Closer or Account Executive in solar, home improvement, or another high-ticket sales role
• Strong communication skills and ability to relate to homeowners
• Advanced understanding of sales psychology and objection handling
• Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and headset
• Positive, coachable attitude and self-driven personality
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline
